1. Baby Powder
This is something my dance teacher told me about and that I love. It is great for blister prevention. I simply keep a small bottle in my point shoe bag and before class I shake some onto my toes-my feet don't smell as much and...no blisters! Preventing your blisters from happening is the best way to deal with them.
2. Corn Pads
A sort of sticky-on-the-bottom styrofoam-y circle with a hole in the middle. It cushions your blister and I definitely suggest them. My blisters always feel much better when I use them. I would advise that you secure them with tape though, your sweat might make them fall off.
3. Rubbing Alchohol
A prevention as well as something to help your blisters heal. Put some on a cotton ball and rub it all over your feet to give them calluses, or on your blisters to dry them out, heal them much quicker and turn them into calluses so you wont get a blister there again! A warning: It stings a bit.
4. Polysporin Heal-Fast
I try to avoid this method(not sure why) but some friends at dance say they love it, and sometimes their blisters almost heal overnight. Not sure how this works but why not Try it out? Learn more about it:

A bit pricey but I found they worked well. i'm not sure which brand I use but it's perfect for those blisters with no skin left on them(you know what i'm talking about, those bright-pink ones). I left them on for a long time and it fell off when it healed. It worked in a similar to a cold sore patch.
